  • How Do I Get Started With A Workout Rountine?
    www.RickyJackson.com

There are two main elements that must be in place to develop an consistent workout routine. The first element is time. A realistic schedule must be developed with enough time alloted three to four days a week for at lease a thirty minute routine. The second element is developing a routine that is specific to your needs while perfecting the technique of each exercise to achieve maximum results. These two elements will give you the motivation and confidence you need to be on the road to a better you!!!!!!

Without a solid routine to follow, the gym can become a little overwhelming, especially for those who are getting started for the first time.

At www.RickyJackson.com, I will develop a individualized routine while implementing a daily regiment to abide by. Most importantly, you will have access to a personal trainer for 4, 6, 8, or 20 weeks, that will assist you in getting the most out of each workout. Immediate results can be seen from each of my four packages, but my goal at www.RickyJackson.com is to develop a permanent healthy lifestyle.

Why Do I Need A Personal Trainer?
    RJ HF Adv.

Statistics from my years of being a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for countless individuals, athletes, and celebrity clientele has shown that 88% hire me to help them lose weight. Often I have been called upon to enhance physical appearances. I have the ability to produce maximum results. Although safety is always in the forefront, I must be effective in order to satisfy my clientele. Since this is my primary goal, I have become an expert on getting visible results in a minimal period of time.

There are many variables involved when working with a client on weight loss: physiological limitations, degree of motivation, ethnic and religious considerations about diet, time management problems, food likes and dislikes, and especially the client's willignes to make changes.

Success with clients relates to the degree of simplicity used in the program. It is important that small milestones be met at each training session. It is equally important that the client fully understands the course of the program and why the personal trainer makes decisions regarding a particular program. The best results come from keeping it simple and progressing each client on his or her gradient. The final results will be gratifying...
