My experience with Ricky Jackson was a great one! My whole family used Ricky to improve our physical appearance. I was never a very strong or toned person until I got with Ricky and he showed me how to improve my workouts and build muscle. Ricky not only became my personal trainer but part of my family. He is a great trainer with a good heart.
